I've posted Dr. Chew's series last summer - but just in case you'd like a refresher - here it is again. I think video 3 on deep processing and part of video 4 (on reading and note taking) are the most relevant to high school students. Take some notes (stop and rewind at will) and consider how you'll apply deep processing to your studies inside and outside the classroom. I promise you'll find the process rewarding.
